Consider seriously what your family NORMALLY eats in a week.
Make a list of what you eat for each breakfast, lunch and dinner and also your snacks...for seven days.
Do not go out for fast food or to a restaurant in those 7 days so you can get an adequate picture of what you need to be providing for your family.
ALSO: Take note of favorite foods of each family member. You will definitely want to purchase some of these items!
