I believe the best way to find that extra money you need to buy food storage is to NOT buy food in restaurants. Dollar for dollar you get WAY MORE food and food value (nutrients) from your wise grocery store purchases than from your favorite restaurant. So save your money, by-pass the restaurant and go to Winco, which has the best prices around! You don't have to pay tax on your food, nor are you obligated to tip your server.
Also..you can't put a price on the secure feeling you have when you know you have laid up food for an emergency.
